Parents
BCD parents are primarily entrepreneurial, executive, professional, and artisanal; many are urbanites who sustain city links while enjoying the Berkshire mix of compelling landscapes and urban pleasures. They are often people who have made choices guided by a liberality of spirit; for example, adoption of children from another ethnic background is not unusual.
Parents are actively engaged in their child's experience at BCD. From volunteering to assisting on a field trip to cheering for their child at a sporting event or in the school play, parents are seen at BCD on a frequent basis and are encouraged to be as involved as their schedule permits.
