Each year BCD conducts all-school fundraising events coordinated by the Development Office and volunteers. Recent major fundraisers —the biennial Auction, Wear to Be, the "Fore" Education golf tournament , and the Winter Dinner Dance — have been resounding successes socially and financially, raising funds to benefit students at BCD. In addition, special gala performances have been held at Tanglewood's Ozawa Hall with BCD friends John Williams and Keith Lockhart. Other annual highlights include such BCD traditions as Grandparents' Day,Thanksgiving Soup,Alaska Day and Fun, Field and Fair Day.
